At FLY FIT, we are proud to offer free shipping on all orders: no minimum spend, no discount code required. All orders are shipped with secure, tracked delivery services to ensure safe and timely delivery.
We currently ship to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, and United States.

Processing & Delivery
We aim to process all orders placed before 23:00 the same day. However, during promotional periods or high order volume, please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking link. Delivery times depend on your region, typically ranging from 2 to 5 business days. Please note that delivery timelines are estimated.
Customs & Duties
For deliveries within Europe, all applicable VAT and duties are already included in the product price. You won’t have to pay anything extra upon delivery.
For orders shipped outside Europe, import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included and may vary depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.
Returns or Changes
We provide a 14-day window from the date of delivery for you to return your purchase. To initiate a return, the item must be shipped back to us within this 14-day period and must be in the same condition as when it was received.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If you have any questions or need assistance with the return process, please contact our customer support team.
Shipping Support
We process orders Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days and include photos of the damage. We’re happy to assist you further.
